What is the minimum engagement period?
For retainers, we typically recommend a minimum of 3 months to allow for meaningful progress. Project-based work is scoped individually. Advisory intensives can be as short as 2–4 weeks.
How do you measure success?
Success metrics depend on your goals but typically include: improved messaging clarity, content output and quality, pipeline contribution, sales-marketing alignment, and overall marketing effectiveness. We establish clear KPIs at the start of every engagement.
Do you provide marketing execution or just strategy?
Both. We can provide strategic advisory only, or combine strategy with hands-on execution depending on your needs and preferences.
